The Quality module allows management to measure quality standards at any given time at any given location. The random survey process takes the subjectivity out of the inspection process. This module is customized to each client environment and allows for measurement down to a minute level. Inspections and survey results are used as management tools by GCA but are also shared with our clients. GCAware Quality gives our clients an objective, real-time measurement of the level of services being delivered by GCA.
