Dedicated Team of Process Engineers
Our process engineers are deployed to customers' sites to optimize productivity and processes. This team of experts is distinct from our normal site operations. Through project-based customer assignments, our engineers eliminate waste using Lean Engineering and eliminate errors using Six Sigma practices. All our engineers have attained certifications in both Lean and Six Sigma disciplines.

Rapid Improvement Events
During Rapid Improvement Events, also known as Kaizen blitzes, our engineers work the DMAIC process (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control). These intense one to two week events fix customers' problems and routinely produce immediate improvements in cost reductions, quality and productivity. Improvements are integrated into site-specific Standard Operating Procedures for quality, operations, training and safety programs.
