 Mr. Fowler contributes over 25 years in the maintenance industry to his leadership of GCA’s Western operations. He was the owner, President and CEO of Sunstates Maintenance Corp., Sunstates Facility Services and Sunstates Security, LLC, growing them to multimillion dollar businesses with an exceptional reputation for quality service and client retention serving industrial, high tech and nuclear industries. These companies formed the original foundation of GCA’s Commercial East Division in 2003. Mr. Fowler has previously served as president of GCA’s Production Services operations, providing cutting edge managed staffing programs to meet the growing needs of manufacturing-related businesses. Mr. Fowler holds a degree in Business Administration, is a Certified Building Service Executive (CBSE), and has served on the Board of Directors and Treasurer of the Building Services Contractors Association International (BSCAI).
