 Mr.
Fowler oversees Production Services, which
was created to meet the growing needs of
manufacturing-related businesses.
Production Services provides cutting edge
managed staffing and sanitation programs,
primarily serving the industrial and food
industry markets. Temporary staffing
services, as well as multiple services to
the nuclear power industry, are also part of
the Production services division. Mr.
Fowler has over 25 years in the maintenance
industry. He founded and was President
and CEO of Sunstates Maintenance
Corporation, Sunstates Facility Services and
Sunstates Security, LLC. Mr. Fowler
holds a degree in Business Administration
and is a Certified Building Service
Executive (CBSE) and has been on the Board
of Directors and Treasurer of the Building
Services Contractors Association
International.
