Bill Powers is the Vice President of Human Resources,  He comes to GCA Services Group from ICI Paints North America, a leading manufacturer of paint and associated products.  Throughout Bill’s 14 years with ICI Paints NA, he provided Human Resource support for the different business units.  Bill has extensive experience in the areas of employee relations, performance and capability management, union and labor relations, and has worked in an environment where recruiting, training and retention are critical to the company’s success.   Bill received his Bachelors Degree from John Carroll University, and started his career with Sherwin Williams, and prior to ICI, he worked in Human Resources with Sheraton Station Square.
