Clayton has over 25 years of accounting and finance experience in a variety of industries.
Most recently he was a leader in the SEC financial restatement and internal control remediation projects at Ferro Corporation in Cleveland, Mandalay Resort Group in Las Vegas and at WorldCom, Inc. He has held Director of Financial Reporting positions at Ferro Corporation, North American Refractories Company and Jo-Ann Stores, Inc. He has also held controller positions at Cole National Corporation which operated Things Remembered stores and the Optical Department at Sears. In addition, Clayton has 10 years of public accounting experience at Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers), Clayton is also a CPA.
